At the Phoenix Gym we are here to build a business of educating Junior to Elite athletes in the Art and Science of Strength Training. This training is not like any other but has shared similarities in exercise physiology from The Russian and Chinese past. Our goal in Strength Training is to allow a realistic time whereby the athlete gets to plan exactly how to train for their sport on and off-season. One reason for doing this is due to the fact that many, if not most, University and College professors have very little to no experience in giving advice. I say this quite strongly because I see it every day. The athlete has but one specific goal and they must never be told it can’t be done although the Academic crowd tends to do this constantly. If this were the case, then our trac record would not speak for itself. Let us be sure that academia is just that, reflecting and comparing the past with no consideration for the future or what it holds. They must change from the old boy’s attitude, to a forward-looking attitude, in order to deliver. This is my constant goal and as a past elite athlete, scientist, inventor, re-inventor, collaborator, I constantly push the envelope of discovery faster than the imagination could comprehend it. This may sound arrogant, and it is, because elitism is an arrogant but compassionate endeavor that young aspiring athletes look up to in order to leap frog the past. This drug free organization involves itself in stemcell research since 1998. I personally now share that experience with my patients, friends, colleagues, and it will be discussed for years to come. I will also mention that it’s science and art of delivery is as much a process as it can be, for each athlete is a slightly different genetic model. This is who I have been helping in Treatment, Training and/or Consulting since 1977.

The purpose of this view is that it takes many years to get a feel or to create scientific or artistic merit in the sport. For this alone I have appreciated the opportunity it takes for those individuals to share in some cases there time or money, or both to get the needed affect in healing, sport performance, and creating of the next generation platform. It is either you love sport and serve it as much as you earn from it and more, or you just participate and talk shop. So I commend those who give back wisely to the sport, and help change things to better it and keep it evolving not just sustaining itself. All these things take time, money and inventiveness that so few have to give. I will close these remarks to those who sit and watch sport TV and listen to those who are newscaster's who have never been in amateur or professional sport. We have to listen to their jargon over and over again. Now wouldn’t it be nice to hear a retired sportsman talk and debate the betterment of sport. I feel it is a strong point in sport history, for who talks better than the athlete themselves. So promote yourself into sport and give yourself a voice in the broadcasting field. We can’t have these people commenting on sport without knowledge or experience. They learn by watching, and in science terms this is purely observation from a non experienced viewer, and counts only as an opinion and nothing else worth noting. We desperately need Professional or Amateur athletes out there in broadcasting.
